Coming soon to LinkedIn – Company Pages – this is GREAT news! This is a function similar to that of Facebook’s Fan Pages for business, but on a professional social media platform.
As of right now, you can create a Company Page for your business. However, the ability to add a cover photo and to completely personalize will only come later this year.
For a sample of how the future Company Page will look, go to LinkedIn and search for Dell, Citi, Philips or HP – these are the few that have been allowed to produce such a page.
And, from the experience of our clients currently using this function, their “posts” become much more viral and more read than those on Facebook.
